Macaron Noob

First attempt.

Just plain ones with yellow food coloring. They taste nice and just like a macaron should, but I didn't succeed with the appearance which apparently takes practice and a lot of care when mixing to achieve. I also burnt some because I didn't know my non-stick baking tray bakes faster than the typical baking tray.

Second attempt. Strawberry flavored this time.

Finally achieved the macaron look and I succeeded with the taste again. The only flaw would be that some cracked on the top. Still a huge improvement from last time.

Chewy and delicious. I will bake you again!
